- Good computer knowledge (MS Office / Excel) is mandatory.
Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and proactive HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee relations, attendance, onboarding, and HR documentation. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a good understanding of HR policies and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Staffing
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references.
- Conduct telephonic screening and schedule interviews.
- Maintain candidate database and hiring reports.
2. Onboarding & Induction
- Complete joining formalities and documentation.
- Conduct employee induction and coordinate with departments.
- Issue offer letters, appointment letters, and ID cards.
3. Attendance & Payroll Support
- Maintain attendance records and leave management.
- Coordinate with the accounts department for payroll inputs.
- Track overtime, late marks, and absenteeism.
4. Employee Relations
- Handle employee queries and grievances professionally.
- Organize training sessions and employee engagement activities.
- Implement company policies and disciplinary procedures.
5. HR Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain employee files and HR records.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR standards.
- Update HR MIS, reports, and dashboards regularly.
Salary Range:
( ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month)
